No. As things stand, the core will ignore navigational and unknown elementary 
streams.

Not so long ago, someone wanted to drive a smell generator from VLC. 
Unfortunately, the guy did not want to change the VLC core to add an explicit 
OLFACIO_ES category, so it did not work. True story.
