With quick test, mpeg2 ts file from dvb-c, with blend cpu usage around
34% without blend around 32% and with yadif around 38%. CPU is AMD
Phenom II X4 955. So performance wise it causes somewhat more cpu usage,
but not that dramatical increase imo.
