[vlc-devel] Src/input/input_ext-dec.c missing

Hi all,
  I cannot find the file src/input/input_ext-dec.c as specified in the
documentation videolan.org/developers/vlc/doc/developers/html/ch04.html. Is
the documentation outdated ,has the mechanism changed?
Please help.
