[vlc-devel] [Translators] VLC 2.1.0 string freeze

I'm translating the strings. But I have some questions/comments.

1. Is the following string typo?
#: modules/access/vnc.c:62
msgid "Transfert compression level from 0 (none) to 9 (max)"

2. What is "Sinc function"? Is it equal to "Sync function"?
#: modules/audio_filter/resampler/src.c:49
msgid "Sinc function (best quality)"

#: modules/audio_filter/resampler/src.c:49
msgid "Sinc function (medium quality)"

#: modules/audio_filter/resampler/src.c:50
msgid "Sinc function (fast)"

3. What does "Zero Order Hold" mean? Does it mean "The value zero of order
will be hold"?

msgid "Zero Order Hold (fastest)"
