[vlc-devel] Not sure if its bug

Greetings from Spain and sorry about my bad English.

Before 20 minutes I was downloading (streaming/converting) video from 
YouTube with 50~ min length when I heard my laptop's ventilator getting 
noisy. When I started xsensors it was about 90º C (normally its about 
45/50º C) and the cpu usage was 100%. I'm not sure if it's bug or it's 
normal.

My laptop has intel i7 3630M, 8GB 1600Mhz RAM, Intel HD4000. I know that 
no matter if it's 2, 4 or 8 cores, but looks to me very strange to use 
the cpu at 100%. I was running only Google Chrome with 2 tabs of 
YouTube(not playing the videos) and VLC Player. I don't have installed 
install microcode.ctl
intel-microcode and don't know if it can affect the performance.
