OS/2 also supports OpenGL, however, unfortunately, its version is too
low. So OpenGL parts of VLC cannot be compiled on OS/2.

Consequently, OpenGL parts should be disabled on OS/2.

I think, providing the option to switch this feature is reasonable.

And I attach the updated patches.
