Let me resend the same patch without the spurious whitespace changes and
the correct value of "c-basic-offset". Also note that you can see the
effect on the patch, still on the same rtsp URL:

rtsp://xenomai.org:8554/video-tests/hd-fast.mp4

With the patch applied, vlc correctly display the subtitle tracks
languages in the subtitles menu.
