[vlc-devel] problems with russian sub-titles over RTSP

Hi,

I have a problem with vlc current git, viewing russian sub-titles using
the UTF-8 charset, whereas vlc 2.0 from debian stable works fine. The
test stream is:

rtsp://xenomai.org:8554/video-tests/hd-fast.mp4

The russian sub-title track is track 10. A dialog allowing to see the
sub-titles starts around minute 2.
