IIRC, to fix UDP NAT traversal, the behind-NAT agent must "work on
it", and server cannot do anything reasonable to "fix" the situation.
So the only way to stream to behind-NAT is interleaved TCP mode
(tunneling RTP through control connection). If i didn't assume
anything wrong (i haven't touched NAT traversal issues for years),
then there's only one way to go.

And what about Smooth Streaming?
