[vlc-devel] [PATCH] libav/ffmpeg flags2 gui option

In stereoscopic videos you can restrict the h264 sps cropping rectangle on
just one image of the stereo pair. In this way 2d decoders can display a
full size video, while when you need to display 3d you can safely ignore
the cropping and use the full video surface.
