We already have this screen constrain behavior inside the Mac OS GUI and we also move the window if necessary, even without an option to disable it as you propose in your patch.

I agree with jb that moving should be implemented, and IMHO no additional option should be added for the possibility to disable that, because
- either you triggered zoom or something else by yourself and you want to see the result as much as possible
- or it is triggered because a new video source starts playing.

Anyway, if you want the window to stay in one corner, you can set a video width and height in the prefs and it should not get automatically resized larger than that.
