Well the bugfix is more a cool repercussion than anything, this kind of tricks is
done a lot in digital TV each time the PMT is updated with new streams.

The tests done here are quite restrictive so I don't expect much
fragility from that.

Gapless playback is a hell to implement. This should provide some
performances savings and it was Laurent's suggestion :)
