If it is in the interface, people expect it to work.
For example it doesn't even work for me even if I'm subscribed to Free ISP.

It doesn't work for french people using another ISP.
It doesn't work for people connecting outside of France.

If it works only for a minority of users, it should not be visible by
default.

I propose to put it somewhere on addons.videolan.org.
