[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Use waveOutSetVolume to set volume instead of pure software gain

Hi,

This reenables old code with some fixes to make it work. Just be aware
that while it doesn't seem to affect wine. It works on a real Windows 7.

I'm not really sure about the software gain to go further than 100% but 
it gives credible results (as far as I'm concerned).
