[vlc-devel] VLC 1.1.x end of life

	Hello,

VLC 1.1.x has been effectively unmaintained for a while due to lack of time and 
motivation on my part. I am not planning to touch vlc-1.1.git any longer.

If someone wants to take over and triage missing backport in the last few 
months, please step forward now. Otherwise, I will mark it obsolete on 
Launchpad shortly
