The goal is to remember the (sometimes human readable) url of the 
webpage containing the content to play back (i.e. 
www.youtube.com/watch?v=...).
The nice thing is that if you choose "media information" with vlc, this 
original url (remembered as meta-url of the input item) is represented 
as clickable url so the user can visit the website while the input item 
url is something very ugly looking and pointing to content.
I implemented that for my fetcher patch as file naming hint but even 
without the fetcher patch it is nice to have the original url, if 
meta-art was not used while the lua parser did its work.
