In that case:
- The claim that this patch fixes bandwidth usage is very dubious.
- Some users will complain that they get the selected track is no longer the 
same. Really this is just moving the problem.

I don't care about MMS, but it's pretty obvious that if this change will affect 
someone unless the feature is not used at all.
