I don't know all the combination of hw/drivers/parameters that works
and the other who don't. Also detecting the drivers version means
adding tons of ugly win32 api calls in there :-/
What i could do is transforming the Dbg message to a Warning telling
the user to update his drivers and double check his encoding
parameters ?
