[vlc-devel] Bislama Localization File

Hi there,

I am from the tiny island nation of Vanuatu in the South-West Pacific. I
use VLC extensively and lately I have been thinking about translating the
interface into my national language. Therefore, I would like to request a
localization file for my national language - called Bislama.

Please send me a localization file so I can start working on it.
