vlc_audio_replay_gain_MergeFromMeta() is actually called from 
modules/demux/flac.c and src/input/es_out.c. My debug printf says, that 
function from es_out.c called every time something is about to be 
played, and extra one from flac.c when used flac demuxer.
I'm not shure, but can we safely move it to src/input/es_out.c and 
remove call from modules/demux/flac.c?
