[vlc-devel] Translate VideoLAN to Uighur Language

Dear VideoLan org,

I am a professional developer with multiple years coding and test
automation experiences. Since I am a native Uighur speaker, I would like to
translate VideoLAN to Uighur language and let people use the software.
There are around 10 million Uighur (also spelled as Uyghur) people living
in northwestern part of China, and another 10 million people all over the
world.
Please let me know if I can contribute to the translation.
