With DirectSound: 73, 74, 75, 300, but also 50ms bips go through without
a problem. 10, 20 and 30 are broken though.

With Waveout, 10, 20 and 30 are also working, in addition to all the
other ones.

So I would guess that the core is fixed but not all Audio Outputs
