[vlc-devel] [PATCH 4/4] Simplified libmad configuration

Sorry, it's my fault. I've built VLC with libmad installed via MacPorts and
haven't noticed that original tarball lacks of .pc file.

MacPorts, Ubuntu and Debian packages, FreeBSD port and maybe some more
distributives provides mad.pc with libmad.

MacPorts:
https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/audio/libmad/files/mad.pc.in
Debian: http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/amd64/libmad0-dev/filelist
Ubuntu: http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring/amd64/libmad0-dev/filelist
FreeBSD: http://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/audio/libmad/files/

My point is adding mad.pc to contrib/src/mad as separate patch (or reworked
this) would fix configure.ac to build VLC with system-wide installed libmad.
