[vlc-devel] A getRate() is need

Hi,dear guys!
 
VLC provides an amazing setRate() to Change play speed,but miss getRate(),this will meets problem,especially when we use getTime() to get back current playing position(in time format),this value is not the real time,but is kind of some value considered play speed(Rate). I'm talking VLC on Android.
