Hi,

IMO its best to have just one setting for all os versions, generally.

I changed it for all versions, because I have the impression that most people using multiple monitors do not want this setting. (?)
There are several complaints about the old native fullscreen versions. I also read posts about why VLC do not support multiple monitors properly at all, because they just do not know that this feature can be disabled.

And as we are not auto-updating yet, it is not too bad to change this default value for all users.

Opinions?

Best regards,
David
