Regarding #9327, this patch is wrong, as I shouldn't put INFO in header
sections, but as global section. This makes things more difficult due to
the "forward only" way chunks are written in current muxer.

This seems nonsense for chunks, but strings also needs a trailing 0...
but this is AVI :/
