[vlc-devel] [PATCH] fix 3932 reshuffle after playthrough

this issue has been around for ages now,

the problem mainly consists of not re-randomizing a playlist once it has
been played (i think this is the usual behavior a user is looking for, it's
done like this in most other media players)

please have a look at the patch and merge it if everything fits.
