Hi,

this patch modifies ugly resampler to make sure output data duration
isn't longer than input data duration. This is visible when resampling
from 48kHz to 44100Hz with some sample amounts output duration is longer
than input duration (so it 'creates data out of thin air'). Not sure if
this is wise or good approach, so I sended this patch to get feedback.
