[vlc-devel] github vlc mirror stale?

I could be wrong, but is the github vlc source mirror "up to date"?
https://github.com/videolan/vlc
(seems to only have commits from June?)
If it's meant to not be sync'ed, it might be nice to add a note of this
somehow.
