[vlc-devel] Receiving a lot of PTS out of range errors

I am decoding a H.264 live video stream that includes audio. I am seeing 
a bunch of the following errors:

main warning: computed PTS is out of range (81991), clearing out
main warning: PTS is out of range (-9832), dropping buffer
main warning: computed PTS is out of range (82048), clearing out

However. I cannot find where in VLC these errors are logged. Can anyone 
tell me what these errors mean and where they are generated?
