[vlc-devel] [PATCH][1/2] icast.io lua sd

These two patches add a Service Discovery module written in lua for
icast.io open stream directory.

The first one fixes a minor issue which was making impossible to use
dkjson in lua's sd modules.
The second one is the actual implementation of the SD. It uses the api
described here (api.iceast.io) and implements local/by category
browsing as well as search.
