[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Add a libvlc_set_video_output function

This is shamelessly copied from libvlc_audio_output_set, though tries
to comply with the vout-related functions around, being
libvlc_set_fullscreen & similar.
I'll gladly rename it libvlc_video_output_set if that feels more
coherent to you.
