When compiled for WinRT, this gave me errors like this
core libvlc warning: cannot load module `plugins\access\libaccess_bd_plugin.dll'
(The handle is invalid. (error 6))
core libvlc warning: cannot load module `plugins\access\libaccess_bd_plugin.dll'
(No More files. (error 18))

While this may be WinRT only, this is weird...
