[vlc-devel] Stream using VLC

Hello,

I wanted to save a stream using VLC. I can do it easily using the GUI but I
wanted make a python/c program that would do it automatically. The thing
is, the IP of the stream is fixed so its not difficult. On including the
header file #include<vlc/vlc.h> on visual studio 2012 it says the source
cannot be opened. I then downloaded the source code from Github. Now what
do I do?
