[vlc-devel] Problems cross compiling to windows according to Win32Compile

I must confess, while I'm not a new programmer, I am not very familiar
with Linux or the VLC build environment. At this point I am simply
guessing and trying to land on a configuration that will work. Your
right, I do not want the host libraries but I cannot seem to find the
cross compiled libraries. Any idea why they are not found and where I
should get them from?
