[vlc-devel] Problems cross compiling to windows according to Win32Compile

Can you think of anyway to fix the pkg-config issue? Ive tried the 
regular Debian distribution of mingw, the MXE version, and the ffmpeg 
version (all with the VLC contribs both prebuilt and compiled myself) 
and still have not been able to produce a working environment where I 
can compile VLC for Win64. David
