Hi,

I didn't spot a way to tell libavcodec the channel order with quick
check and libavcodec channel order seems to be different than vlc
channel order.

Also when testing 6 channel encoding without this patch, the channels
seemed to go in wrong order.

I'm not totally sure we need this patch, as there could be simpler way
to fix this.
