Without this patch, I get the following behaviour when attempting to build
ragel:

mv ragel-6.8 ragel && touch ragel

(cd ragel && patch -p1) < ragel-6.8-javacodegen.patch

  Looks like a unified context diff.
File to patch:

.... and it just hangs there waiting for input. Not helpful when trying to
automate builds on Jenkins.
