[vlc-devel] Why Videos in VLC media player gets blurred

Hi All,
   As you may already see, the video gets blurred when play with VLC on
lower bandwidth.

   -    Video parameters: 720P, 25 frames, 2Mbps
   -    Bandwidth: >2Mbps, but <6Mbps

    I can not tolerate this. If the bandwidth is insufficient, I can
tolerate the video player skip some frames.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?
