[vlc-devel] How to compile 3rd party libraries in debug mode

Hi there.

I'm trying to debug something in VLC, and the issue occurs in one of
the 3rd party libraries and I'm attempting to find which one.

What is the proper/official way to build all the 3rd party libs with
debugging symbols ?
