Additionally, libde265 is under LGPLv3, which to my knowledge is not compatible with the iOS App Store ToS. 

Furthermore, including this library with our Mac binary would upgrade its license from GPLv2 to GPLv3. Since the Mac binary is cryptographically signed by a private key (Gatekeeper…), I'm not sure if this would be the way to go by default…
