GPLv3 Section 3 makes the LGPLv3 incompatible with the AppStore.

Note that you can do an exception, using Section 1 of LGPLv3 for the
software.

Section 6, include Anti-Tivo clause, and cannot be exceptionned so,
it is incompatible with the AppStore.
