[vlc-devel] Trac Administrator?

Hello.  I registered in Trac, confirmed my registration, etc, but I am unable to create a new ticket.  I get this error:

"TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation. You don't have the required permissions."

Can someone tell me how I acquire this privilege or point me to a Trac Administrator?
