Hello Rémi,

I was careful to keep consistent comments with the rest of the patch.
But you're right, as libdvdnav provided by Videolan is a fork, which
still seems to be very close, but may differ more and more in the
future? Will improvements stay specific to Videolan purpose, or will
they be offered to developers of the original project?
