[vlc-devel] vlc source code improvements

Greetings,

I would like to ask if you could show me the right point to start with
participating on development of VLC. I am informatics student and I don't
know if the tasks I would like to complete are not above my current
capabilities. I would like to correct some errors in VLC - regarding screen
capture (doesn't work well) and vlc play speed change on android. What
should I know to be able to realize these changes?
