[vlc-devel] 3GP file appears to be accessed via VLC (not certain) and cause unmount probelm

MediafileInfo on Windows can acces it. 3GPP Media Release 4.
19s800msec. Bitrate 13 kbps. 8 Khz, 1 channel.
