[vlc-devel] windoes vlc must save latest played link if entered with ctrl +v

windwos vlc you do file open select network add a url play it
close vlc next time you can reopen it cause in the list of last viewed url's
 but if link is played with ctrl +v witout to do fielopen etc etc, the link
is not saved in history and next tiem can not relaod it from lst palyed
