Hello Felix,

here is another small patch that improves the x-callback-url implementation:

1. Increased stability when VLC switches back to the caller.
2. Added support for triggering downloads via URL call

vlc-x-callback://x-callback-url/download?url=....&filename=...&x-success=…

This call will switch to the download controller and start downloading the given URL, creating a file with the given name.
