I have vlc 3.0 streaming an audio/video feed from a camera using h264/g711. When I open up the feed it typically works OK the first time but if I reload the stream it will freeze and I get a dialog box stating the application has requested the runtime to terminate. As soon as I click OK, the application closes itself. I do not get a crashdump

I am using Windows 7 SP 1 and in Event Viewer I find the following application error event:
Faulting application name: vlc.exe, version: 3.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
Faulting module name: libvlccore.dll, version: 3.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000

This stream ran ok in version 2.1.5 but since we recently upgraded to 3.0.0 this issue has started to occur.

I have created a ticket for the issue https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/14301 and attached logging captured during the failure. If anyone has ideas on what might be causing this or pointers on where to look they would be greatly appreciated.
