I'd like to renew this. I don't see how the demux could signal an error/eof
case as well. But it's needed whain chaining a demux into an access_demux and
seeing an error which would have to cancel the access_demux from the demux.

So if there's any condition which can do that would you mind to enlighten us
about it, Remi?
